We do not venture far from the hotel due to time constraints but this is where we return to year after year: Osteria 166: really great Italian food and fabulous salads Merge: just really delicious options Spot coffee: fair prices, good GF wraps and lots of fun coffee drinks (slow service at lunch) Sear: this is more upscale and is in a hotel (often yucky but not this one) but we always need somewhere to eat Sunday night and she has never gotten sick from their food Patina 250: only had brunch there once but the food was good she had a giant smoothie and some eggs no problems All of these places are within walking distance from the Westin. You probably already know this but around this area it is safe to walk at night but just a handful of blocks towards down town it is not a good idea to walk at night."

Tonight we might try this restaurant - they have a GF menu http://www.cafeoldvienna.com/ Hot stacks has GF pancakes but I read mixed reviews - some people got sick. Below is a link to some other restaurants. I am also use the Find Me GF app. https://www.myrtlebeach.com/blog/gluten-free-dining-in-myrtle-beach/ " "We went last night to Flying Fish in North Myrtle Beach. They had a dedicated gluten free menu with a lot of options and everything was really good. There are 5 or6 other restaurants with out door dining on the water in the same complex. We checked and they all have gluten free options or dedicated menus. We are planning to go back and try them.:
