Yes- spoke with the chef and dietitian.
Are there resources to help with nutritious, safe dining (e.g. dietician)? If yes, describe
I am able to email the dietitian and chef each week for substitute meals if they are not serving something gluten free I like and they will make me a ln alternate meal.
If you were in charge of dining, what would you change? Would your school be open to suggestions?
I would offer more options every day.
