Rationale for Grades Given
Two out of three dining areas have gluten free bread. Dunno g hall has gluten free pizza and pasta upon request, at least it’s fress, but you have to wait for it. They have more vegan options then gluten free. Never serve gluten free nuggets or anything like that. Fries are done in the same oil as orher breaded things.

I had fries, cheese sause, and bacon bits for dinner. I ended up really sick missing a day of class and it coming out both ends... sorry. School didn’t do anything about it.

Yes and no. You can talk to the head chef..
If you were in charge of dining, what would you change? Would your school be open to suggestions?
I would simply offer more gluten free options, GLUTEN FREE NUGS. I would like to think they would support my opinion and suggestion.
Describe your biggest challenge managing your food restrictions at college and how you deal with it
Finding enough food that isn’t the same thing I eat earlier in the day or the day before.

Housing:
Did your food restrictions impact your housing decisions? Any dorm recommendations
Not really. Get a microwave fridge or live someplace on campus with a stove!
Dining Halls:
Any advice for managing dining halls? Favorite dining halls? Any to avoid?
Bait shop!!! Gluten free buns! Love the sub buns!
Meal Plans:

14 swipes a week for the dining hall and $200 in dining dollars for our two cafes.
Dorms:
Any advice for eating in the dorms? Favorite snacks? Places that deliver?
Wally’s Pizza! Anything gluten free, I will likely be snaking! 😂

Get easy microwave food and lots of fave snacks

Just bring your own, drink water or pop, simply just don’t go or just go and not drink.

I love Chapman’s coffee house! Best gluten free panini and brownies. Pb cookies are good also and gluten free but sadly they are stored in the cane place as the glutenized chocolate chip cookies..
