Separate gluten free area with bread/toaster/cereal etc, always options available to eat like rice and salad bar. Allergy friendly station available at every meal as well that was free of too allergens and required new plate.

They do a good job in the dining hall. Maybe provide to go meals that are celiac friendly

First two years on a meal plan. After that lived off campus and cooked my own food
