They do a pretty good job, but occasionally things in the other dining halls are labeled gluten free without accounting for cross contamination

Eating out with friends, and going to on campus events. I usually just don't go out, or get something safe like a soda

Most popcorn is good, so are tortilla chips! There is an amazing gluten free restaurant on the UMass Amherst campus. Most places that delivered that were GF closed

What should students do before school starts or when they first arrive?
Don't be afraid to speak up on what you need. Don't eat pizza at any campus events, its not safely GF

Advice on managing parties or dinners out with friends?
Bring your own, and don't trust any beer. Angry Orchard is good tho!
