Rationale for Grades Given

There is a top 8 area in the dining hall but the choices are limited. When I went there during my freshman tour, they were changing vendors and despite telling them ahead of time that I have celiac, there was nothing safe nor labeled.

I eat at home as I chose to commute due to having celiac. It's a 45 minute trip each way.

I do not eat at school. I do not trust it so I commute.

Did you register your food restriction with the disabilities office? If yes, describe

Yes

Are there resources to help with nutritious, safe dining (e.g. dietician)? If yes, describe

Top 9 allergen free zone in one dining hall.

If you were in charge of dining, what would you change? Would your school be open to suggestions?

I would make more GF options at the other food places. I am able to get fries from CFA but that's about it so it's limiting if I'm eating with friends.

Describe your biggest challenge managing your food restrictions at college and how you deal with it

It's hard to navigate food with friends. I generally just eat very little and eat when I get home.
