Options are not consistent, weekends rarely have food for dinner and weekdays are a gamble. The options that are there when no hot food tend to be cross contaminated causing reactions
Some decent options that don’t get me sick but not a lot compared to back home

School was not notified. Ate grilled chicken from grill station had bad reaction, ate a chopped salad had reaction, sushi roll had a reaction as well

Yes, I am allowed my own fridge so I don’t have to share with roommate

Some kind of gluten free option everyday not just salads

Having options that not only I can eat but options that I have a desire to eat, salads everyday are not ideal and sometimes not safe

They did not, I applied for a single room and was denied so did not have the option of dorms first year
