There are hardly any safe options, and they are typically stale or expired and extremely expensive

Some local restaurants have nice options, but no fast food or nice sit in restaurants do

Extremely: React to even small traces

Any amount of gluten gives me severe issues ranging from GI, joint pain, acne, headaches, mood swings, etc

Mostly not what I expected

YES

I would end up going to the clinic on campus for severe issues , almost like an Urgent Care visit. Thankfully at one of them I was able to get the correct testing for diagnosis

Yes, a nutritionist

If you were in charge of dining, what would you change? Would your school be open to suggestions?

Always label allergens in food, and provide gluten free and vegan options always

My dining meal plan does not feed me adequately , despite how much I spent on it

Make sure to pick a meal plan that gives you some ability to eat on campus, but saves enough money in your pocket to cook at home
