Celiac Disease
Grade your college on feeding students with your food restrictions
D
Explain your rationale for that grade
Staff had little training on cross-contamination or even what gluten was. Was served couscous. Kept trying to offer me vegan dishes. Would just give me food without even giving me an option as to whether I wanted it, even when there were multiple GF options I wasn't given a choice. Had me so fatigued, sleeping all day, hair falling out, and anemic.
