Grade your college on feeding celiac students
C
Explain your rationale for that grade
Two out of three dining areas have gluten free bread. Dining hall has gluten free pizza and pasta upon request, at least it’s fresh, but you have to wait for it. They have more vegan options than gluten free. Never serve gluten free nuggets or anything like that. Fries are done in the same oil as other breaded things.
Check all that apply
My school is small and has only a few dining halls, Ability to feed me varies greatly across dining halls, I feel comfortable eating at any dining hall on campus, I frequent certain dining halls because they have more options although all are safe, I have great options at some of the dining halls, Ability to eat well was a small part of my college selection process, Ability to eat well was a critical part of my college selection process, I assumed they could feed me and didn't think about it before I arrived

I had fries, cheese sauce, and bacon bits for dinner. I ended up really sick missing a day of class and it coming out both ends... sorry. School didn’t do anything about it.
Describe your biggest celiac challenge at college and how you manage it
Finding enough food that isn’t the same thing I eat earlier in the day or the day before.
If you were in charge of your school's dining, what changes would you implement to better feed celiac students? Would your school be open to these suggestions?
I would simply offer more gluten free options, GLUTEN FREE NUGS. I would like to think they would support my opinion and suggestion.
