For 2 pieces of talapia I bread it by dipping it briefly in some gf flour, then 1 beaten egg, then mixture of 1/4 cup TJ Just Almond Meal, 1/4 cup romano and/or parm cheese, and TJ Herbs de Provence. It is delicious. The TJ Herbs de Provence comes in a cute glass container with a little wooden spoon (could be a nice little hostess gift), and I use 2 spoons of those into the mixture. Scale up as needed. Make a little assembly line of 3 flat bowls with a foil lined pan at the end. Kids may find it fun.
