California Pizza Kitchen, Short Hills Mall

Cauliflower crust pizza. Must specify that you want the celiac options, as they have some that are gluten free and not safe for celiacs. Its yummy but my kids preferred the gluten free crust that they seem to have discontinued.

I love the new GF crust but always stick to the certified GF pizzas. The menu has other items that say they are have no gluten but are not guaranteed safe for celiacs, so I stick to the safe stuff. Wish they would expand the certified menu beyond pizza.

Though I was sad when they discontinued the old GF crust, I surprisingly really like the new GF cauliflower crust pizza. Make sure to specify to the server that you have Celiac because they make a special note of it to minimize cross contamination.

After all they make pizza in the restaurant so what's the difference. "
